Our Policies

The following policies have been implemented at Sassy Lashes as a courtesy to both our Lash Artists and our clients. To ensure smooth, uninterrupted services for all, please adhere to the following:

Cancellations

If you cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 6 hours before your appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

New Client Deposits

We ask all first time-clients to provide a $25 deposit fee that will be applied towards your service unless you cancel or reschedule less than 6 hours before your service. With all Mega Volume Sets, a $50 deposit is required which will be applied towards your service.

*All Clients must confirm their appt to avoid cancellation since we are by appointment only.*

 

Refunds

Sassy Lashes does not offer refunds for services delivered. However, we do offer a 3-day grace period (explained more below) for all full lash services. In this time, clients may come in for touch-ups as needed to perfect their look or address anything which they feel is less than satisfactory.

3-Day Grace Period: Free Touch-Ups

Sassy Lashes proudly offers a 3-day “grace period” for all full lash service clients. If at any time within 3 days after your original appointment with Sassy you notice anything about your eyelash extensions which is less than satisfactory or just isn’t to your liking, you are entitled to a free touch-up service.

The 3-day free touch-up does not apply to full touch-up clients or weeklies. After the third day, a $45 touch-up fee applies. Free touch-ups may not be honored in the following cases:

  • If you have not washed your lashes (after the initial 24-hour period) as indicated in your aftercare instructions
  • If you have applied any sort of mascara, strip lash or cluster to your eyelash extensions
  • If you are late to your free touch-up appointment

If you cancel or reschedule a free touch-up appointment less than 6 hours before the appointment time, or if you no-show your appointment, you will no longer be eligible to receive a free grace period touch-up. Finally, we thank you in advance for understanding that we do not honor free touch-ups for clients who return with lashes from another establishment.
